WHere is an easy version of a drink from our latest drinks list. Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed which is packed with flavours of a festive period, which makes it perfect for your festive gathering. Reserve the remaining cordial to use in breakfast cocktails, sweets, or to mix another batch of the drink.
Bikini
Makes enough for 10 servings
For the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Cocktail (produces 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
Making the Syrup: Combine all the ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, mixing so the sugar melts. Then, take off the stove and let it to reach room temperature completely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, cap it and refrigerate it chilled, it can be stored for up to one month.
For the Premix: Pour all the spirits and syrup into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for an hour, then strain preferably using a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml of your premix to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain into an frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray with the mandarin essence above the glass.
